Framing & Structural Carpentry
Framing is the structural skeleton the rest of the build relies on, get it wrong and everything built on top of it inherits the problem. We frame to the engineer's specifications, whether that's a standard timber frame or something more involved, and we don't move to the next stage until the framing's been checked and signed off.
Building Consent & Code Compliance for a New Build
Every new build needs building consent from Auckland Council before work starts, there's no version of a new build that doesn't. We handle the consent application, manage council inspections at each stage, and get the Code Compliance Certificate issued once the build is finished.

How a New Build Comes Together
Site Prep & Foundation
The site gets prepped and the foundation goes in, the groundwork everything else sits on.
Framing
The structural frame goes up to the engineer's specifications, checked and signed off before we move on.
Building Envelope
Roof and cladding go on, closing the building in and making it weathertight.
Fit-Out & Interior
Interior walls, wiring, plumbing and finishing work happen once the building's closed in.
Final Inspection & Code Compliance
Council carries out final inspections and issues the Code Compliance Certificate before handover.
