Living in Your Home During a Renovation
Most renovations don't require moving out. Work usually gets staged room by room or area by area, so the rest of the house stays liveable while one section is underway. Dust and mess get contained to the work area as much as possible, and you'll know ahead of time what's happening and when, rather than being surprised by it. For bigger structural jobs or a full gut renovation, we'll tell you upfront if part of the house won't be usable for a stretch, so you can plan around it rather than finding out partway through.
