Getting the Ground Ready for a Build
Most new builds and extensions start with the ground, not the frame. We clear, prepare and set the site up so the foundation work that follows has something solid and level to sit on. Ground Levelling on a Sloped Site
A lot of Auckland sections aren't flat, and the North Shore has more than its share of sloped ground. Levelling deals with that before it becomes a problem for whatever's being built on top of it, a deck, a structure, or a section of lawn that actually drains properly instead of pooling. We assess the slope and ground conditions on site before quoting, rather than guessing from a description.
